Harry's SPAC helped us become the first publicly-traded quantum software infrastructure company in the world. In addition to giving us a strong capital foundation for growth, the team also helped us fill out our management team and Board, and applied its experience with the development of a comparable company like VMware to our mission in quantum software and languages.

Our SPAC helped IonQ become the first publicly-traded quantum computing company in the world. This spawned a dozen or so quantum computing companies to become publicly listed in the U.S., worth over $50 billion in total market capitalization today, and advanced the progress of quantum computing well beyond the impact of government funding alone.

The SPAC, by giving us a public vehicle, is providing the Company with more credibility with customers at the corporate level, and with local, state, and foreign governments.
